Christina Mandrou has graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has been a member of the Athens Notary Association since 1993, with several years of experience in real estate transfers and extensive knowledge of the current corporate tax regime. She further engages with every aspect related to the setting up of companies irrespective of their size and shape, including statutes’ amendments and shares’ disposals.

She is also an expert in drawing up wills, contracts in respect of the acceptance or waiver of the succession of a legacy and civil partnership agreements, while at the same time she offers legal advice in several land registries all around Greece.

In her cooperation with our Law Firm, she provides specialised services to foreign investors planning to purchase immovable property in Greece within the context of the «GOLDEN VISA» program, in order to obtain a five-year residence permit, being always updated concerning the legal developments taking place at international and European level.
