He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. He holds a Master’s Degree in European Union Law from the University of Bucharest.

Razvan Hopu has gathered extensive expertise in the litigation field, having represented before the Romanian Courts, governmental and non-governmental institutions and multinational corporations, in a variety of cases. He now specializes in commercial, banking and civil litigation. He is also certified as a Trademarks legal counsel, having expertise in complex trademark annulment cases, drafting and negotiating trademark licensing and assignment agreements.

He speaks Romanian (native speaker) and English.
