Florian Agapescu graduated the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and is member of the Bucharest Bar Association. He holds a Master’s Degree in Private Law Institutions. 

He studied law at Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d`Etudes Européennes, Université Paris I Panthèone-Sorbonne- Bucharest Branch.

After 14 years of professional experience as a lawyer, he successfully manages complex cases in various fields as civil, business,

labor law, administrative and fiscal law, criminal law, intellectual property, real estate, insolvency, consumer protection.

He speaks Romanian, English and French.
