TAX GUIDE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE – JUNE 2016

Taking into consideration that numerous changes of the relative legislative rules create concern for taxpayers, the General Secretariat of Public Revenue of the Ministry of Finance published (in June 2016) a useful guide providing answers for various issues of its competence.

Specifically, this Guide includes detailed answers to critical questions dealing with:

•Real estate transfer tax and Consolidated Tax on Property Ownership (CTPO)
