New Year’s Event Celebration of the Hellenic Bilateral Chamber of Commerce at Bucharest
The 2018 Gala Event of the Hellenic Bilateral Chamber of Commerce took place at the Bucharest Radisson Hotel on the 8th February 2018. It was a marvelous evening celebrating the Greek tradition of “Vasilopita”. Fine Greek food, abundant Greek wine, Greek quality live music and, especially the elite of the business and diplomatic world in Romania offered an amazing experience that brought us closer and made our community stronger. The relaxed mood helped us renew interesting contacts and enjoy the warm atmosphere.
In his brief speech, the Greek Ambassador Mr. Vasilios Papadopoulos wished for a New Year full of success and achievements in the business arena, while highlighting the mass participation of the business world in the event.
The Chamber’s President, Mr. Seferis, followed in the pontium, by making reference to the particularly rich schedule of the Chamber in 2017, while he also presented the scheduled events for 2018, expressing his hope that the business world shall respond to the upcoming evening with the same enthusiasm. At the same time, for the first time he awarded Mr. Nauf Salameh of Alexandrion Group as “Best Entrepreneur of the Year” and Mrs. Aikaterini Sofianou of Sofmedica Group for her overall social, cultural and charitable contribution.
